Who do you typically work with?

What are your working hours?

How much does a website cost?
Our pricing starts at $100 for a landing page, $350 for a full business website, and $600+ for an e-commerce store. The final price depends on complexity, number of pages, and specific features required. We always provide a clear, fixed quote upfront — no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, never. The price we quote is the price you pay. We're radically transparent — no scope creep charges, no surprise add-ons, no hidden fees. The only exception is if you request additional features mid-project that go well beyond the original brief, in which case we'll always discuss it with you first before doing any extra work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT), Wise (formerly TransferWise), and most major payment methods. For clients in certain regions, we can accommodate alternative payment options — just ask during our initial conversation and we'll find what works best for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $200, we use a 50% deposit to start / 50% on delivery model. You only pay the remaining balance once you're fully happy with the final result. For smaller packages ($100–$200), full payment is required to begin. This protects both parties and keeps the project moving forward.
What's included in the monthly maintenance plan?
Our maintenance plans start at $49/month and include plugin/theme updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, and minor content edits (text, images, small layout changes). For larger content overhauls or new page additions, we provide a separate quote. You can cancel anytime — no long-term contracts required.

How long does it take to build my website?
Timelines vary by project type. Landing pages are typically delivered in 3–5 days. Multi-page business websites take 5–7 days. E-commerce stores are usually ready within 7 days. These timelines begin once we have your content, branding, and project brief confirmed. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
What does the process look like from start to finish?
Our process has 4 stages: (1) Discovery — we learn about your business, goals, and brand. (2) Design & Build — we create your site from scratch. (3) Review & Revise — you give feedback and we refine until it's perfect. (4) Launch & Handover — we go live and give you full ownership of everything.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Ideally, your business name, logo (if you have one), brand colors, any content you'd like on the site, and reference websites you admire. Don't have everything ready? That's completely fine — we guide you through every step, help with basic content writing, and can source high-quality stock images at no extra charge.
How will we communicate during the project?
Communication happens via email, WhatsApp, or video call — whatever you're most comfortable with. We send regular project updates and are proactively in touch at each milestone. You'll never have to chase us for an update. Most clients say our communication is one of the things that sets us apart from other agencies.
Can I request urgent / rush delivery?
Yes — we've delivered landing pages in as little as 24–48 hours for clients with urgent deadlines. Rush delivery is available at a premium depending on the scope. Just mention your deadline when you reach out and we'll be upfront about whether we can accommodate it and any additional cost involved.

Do you use templates?
Never. Every single website we build is designed and coded 100% from scratch, specifically for your brand. No page builders, no Elementor templates, no Themeforest themes. Every pixel, every section, and every interaction is intentionally created to match your goals and identity. This is a core part of what makes our work stand out.
How many revisions are included?
It depends on your package. The Starter package includes 2 rounds of revisions. The Pro and E-Commerce packages include unlimited revisions — we won't launch until you're 100% satisfied. Additional revision rounds for Starter can be added for a small fee if needed.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Absolutely — every website we build is 100% responsive and mobile-first. We test across all major device sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop) and browsers before delivery. With over 60% of web traffic coming from mobile devices, this is non-negotiable and built into our standard process on every single build.
Can I provide design inspiration or references?
Yes, and we encourage it! Share any websites you like, screenshots, color ideas, or even a one-sentence mood description. We use this as creative direction to build something unique to your brand — never a copy. The more context you give us, the more precisely we can match your vision from the first draft.
Do you offer logo and branding services?
Yes — logo design and brand kit creation is available as an add-on starting at $80. This includes a professional logo + a mini brand guide with color palette, typography choices, and usage guidelines. This is especially useful for new businesses that don't yet have established branding.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes — website redesign is one of our most popular services. We take your existing site and give it a complete transformation: modern design, improved UX, faster performance, and a layout that actually converts. Redesigns start at $250 depending on the scope and number of pages involved. We migrate your existing content so nothing is lost.

What platform will my website be built on?
We build on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Next.js, or pure HTML/CSS/JS depending on your goals and budget. We'll recommend the best platform during our initial conversation — no upselling, just the right tool for your specific project. E-commerce typically uses Shopify or WooCommerce. Blogs and content-heavy sites often work best on WordPress.
Will my website be fast and SEO-friendly?
Yes — all our websites are optimized for page speed (targeting a 90+ PageSpeed score) and built with clean, SEO-friendly code including proper heading structure, meta tags, alt text, and schema markup. For clients who want deeper SEO work — keyword research, content optimization, Google Search Console setup — we offer an SEO add-on service starting at $150.
Do I need to buy hosting and a domain name?
Yes — hosting and domain are purchased separately and in your name so you own everything. We can recommend reliable, affordable hosting providers (typically $5–15/month) and guide you through the setup process. If you already have hosting and a domain, we'll work within your existing setup. Nothing is owned by us — full ownership is always yours.
Can you integrate third-party tools into my website?
Yes — we regularly integrate tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, Zapier, CRM systems, live chat widgets, booking systems, and more. If there's a specific tool you rely on, let us know and we'll confirm whether we can integrate it before the project starts.
Will I be able to edit the website myself after launch?
Yes — for WordPress and Shopify builds, you'll have a simple admin panel to edit content, images, products, and blog posts without touching any code. For custom HTML/CSS/JS builds, we provide a clean, well-commented codebase. We also offer a brief handover walkthrough to make sure you're confident managing the site yourself.
Do you set up Google Analytics and tracking?
Google Analytics 4 setup is included in our Pro and E-Commerce packages as standard. For the Starter package, it can be added on request. We also set up Google Search Console connection when included in the SEO add-on, so you can track rankings, impressions, and indexing from day one after launch.

What happens after my website launches?
We hand over full ownership — all source files, credentials, passwords, and documentation. From that point, the site is entirely yours. We also stay available for questions and offer ongoing monthly maintenance plans starting at $49/month if you'd like us to keep things running. You're never left without support post-launch.
What if something breaks after launch?
We offer a 30-day post-launch warranty on all projects. If any bug or issue arises that's directly related to our build — a layout breaking, a form not submitting, or a display error — we'll fix it at no charge within this window. For issues caused by third-party plugin updates or external changes, our maintenance plan covers ongoing support.
Do you offer ongoing SEO services?
We currently offer one-time SEO optimization services (keyword research, on-page SEO, technical fixes, Search Console setup) starting at $150. For ongoing monthly SEO management — content creation, link building, ranking tracking — please inquire directly and we'll discuss whether we can accommodate your needs or refer you to a specialist.
Can I come back for additional pages or features later?
Absolutely — and many clients do. Around 90% of our clients return for additional work. Whether it's adding a new service page, building an additional landing page for a campaign, integrating a booking system, or a full-scale redesign months later, we're happy to continue the relationship and often offer returning client discounts.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final result?
We work with you until you're 100% satisfied. Our revision policy ensures you have the ability to request changes throughout the build — not just at the end. In the rare case that a project truly doesn't meet expectations despite revisions, we offer a full refund of the balance payment. Your satisfaction is our guarantee, not just a policy statement.
