These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of royalwealth.org (the "Site") and any digital products sold through it, including the AI Blog Automation System (the "Product"). By visiting the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase a Product.

1Who we are

Royal Wealth Org ("we," "us," or "our") operates royalwealth.org and sells the AI Blog Automation System, a guide and set of templates for building automated blog content pipelines using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and third-party AI APIs. You can reach us at [email protected].

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Product or enter into these Terms. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3Products & purchases

Products are sold and fulfilled through Gumroad, a third-party e-commerce platform. When you purchase a Product, your transaction, payment details, and order confirmation are handled directly by Gumroad under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Changes to pricing do not affect purchases already completed.

  • The PDF Guide is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the version of the guide delivered at checkout.
  • The Done-For-You service, where available, is billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4License to use the Product

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Product for your own blogs, websites, or client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the guide, templates, or code as a standalone product.

You are free to use content, blogs, or websites you create with the Product commercially, including for client work.

5Refunds

Because the Product is a digital, instantly delivered good, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase or believe it was materially misrepresented, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we'll work with you in good faith to resolve it.

6Acceptable use

When using the Site or Product, you agree not to:

  • Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Use the Product to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Royal Wealth Org

7Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, and original content on the Site, along with the Product itself (the guide, templates, and accompanying materials), are owned by Royal Wealth Org unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that material to you beyond the limited license described in Section 4.

8Third-party services

The Product instructs you on connecting third-party services such as Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Gemini, Groq, OpenAI, WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. We do not control these services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or costs associated with any third-party API or platform.

9Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Product are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will generate any particular level of traffic, revenue, search ranking, or business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your niche, execution, and the third-party AI and publishing platforms you choose to use.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Wealth Org will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Product, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Royal Wealth Org operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
